Delete your Pavilion Mahjong account
Pavilion Mahjong accounts are optional. You can play without signing in.
Delete in the app
- Open Pavilion Mahjong and go to Settings.
- Open Account.
- Choose Delete account & cloud data.
- Reauthenticate with Google or Apple and confirm deletion.
This permanently deletes your Firebase Authentication account and Pavilion cloud-save record. If you used Sign in with Apple, the app also asks Apple to revoke its authorisation.
What remains
Your local game progress remains on the current device so deleting an online account does not unexpectedly erase your offline journey. You can remove local data by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling it.
Aggregated or de-identified analytics may remain where it can no longer identify your account. Purchase records may be retained by Apple or Google under their own legal and accounting requirements.
