Privacy Policy for Pick the Point
This policy explains how DifferApps (“we”, “our”, or “us”) handles information when you use Pick the Point on iOS or Android.
1. Information stored on your device
The app stores the information needed to run the game, including completed and unlocked levels, coins, boosters, achievements, bonus-game progress, settings, and tutorial status. This data stays on your device and is not uploaded as a game profile or cloud save.
2. Accounts and cloud save
Pick the Point does not create a user account and does not currently provide cloud save. We do not ask for your name, postal address, phone number, or payment-card details.
3. Usage analytics
The app uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the game is used and improve it. Analytics may collect app interactions (such as a level starting or ending), device and operating-system information, app version, approximate location derived from IP address, and identifiers generated for the app installation. We do not send your puzzle progress, name, or email address to Firebase Analytics.
4. Advertising
Pick the Point may show interstitial and rewarded advertisements using Google Mobile Ads. Google may process device information, IP address, ad interactions, diagnostic data, and advertising identifiers where permitted to deliver, measure, and protect advertising. Ad availability and personalisation depend on your region, device choices, consent, and the version of the app.
5. How information is used and shared
We use information to operate and improve the app, understand feature use, diagnose problems, deliver and measure advertising, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with service providers needed for these purposes, including Google Firebase and Google Mobile Ads.

6. Retention and deletion
On-device data remains until you reset it, clear the app’s storage, or uninstall the app. Analytics and advertising information is retained by Google according to its settings and policies. Because Pick the Point has no user account or cloud-save record, there is no server-side game account for us to delete. See the Pick the Point data deletion page for instructions.
7. Your choices
You can reset game progress from the app’s Settings screen. You can also manage advertising permissions and identifiers through your device settings. Where required, the app or Google’s advertising services will ask for consent before using data for personalised advertising.
8. Children’s privacy
Pick the Point is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate.
9. Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No service can guarantee absolute security. Our service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live, subject to their legal safeguards.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app or its services change. The current version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
