Common questions

My purchase did not arrive

Open the Store and tap “Restore purchases”. If the coins still do not appear, email us with the order number from Apple or Google.

Where is my progress stored?

On your device only. Deleting the app deletes your progress, and there is no account to sign in to.

The game is slow or crashing

Close other apps and update to the latest version of Poop Loop and your device software. If it continues, email us the device model and what you were doing.

Poop Loop shows ads from Google AdMob. See the privacy policy for how to limit ad tracking in your device settings.
